Our Story

Brian Hutchings started Hutchings Contracting Ltd. in 1995 providing oil furnace maintenance on the Burin Peninsula. The company has since come a long way, leading to the opening of our current Marystown Home Heat & Industrial location back in 2011.

We now sell, install, and service a large variety of products that include heating, cooling, ventilation, and propane equipment as well plumbing fittings, culverts and more.

Our staff includes Red Seal certified technicians in Refrigeration and Oil Burner systems and our technicians are always attending technical training to stay up to date.
