Our Story

Brian Hutchings started Hutchings Contracting Ltd. in 1995 providing oil furnace maintenance on the Burin Peninsula. The company has since come a long way, leading to the opening of Marystown Home Heat & Industrial store front back in 2011, and most recently our new location at 2A Katelyn Osmond Drive.

We are small company and currently run two vans and employ 5 full time staff members including a Journey Person Oil Burner Mechanic, Journey Person HVAC/Refrigeration technician, skilled laborer's and administrative staff. ​Our technicians are always attending technical training to stay up to date!

We sell, install, and service a large variety of products that include heating, cooling, ventilation, and propane equipment as well plumbing fittings, culverts and more.
